The Executive Inn is conveniently located approximately five minutes from the Vancouver International Airport, by car, in the middle of Richmond's commercial district.

The hotel offers accommodations for both short and extended stays.

The Executive Inn has 81 rooms as well as suites and apartments designed for extended stays. Standard rooms include a choice of a single queen bed or two double beds. Guests can also choose an Executive Suite with a kitchenette, extra sofa bed and sitting area separate from the room. Guests that plan to stay a long time can also rent two bedroom apartments. Standard rooms come with an alarm clock, radio, cable television, floor lamp, telephone and coffee maker. Rooms with kitchenettes include a microwave, stove, toaster, utensils and sink. Each room also has complimentary in-room coffee, irons and ironing boards for guests.

Guests of the Executive Inn can relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi during the summer months or enjoy the sauna. The hotel also provides a fitness center with weight machines and cardio equipment.

Many reviewers mentioned that while the hotel was simple, it was good for the price. One visitor stated, "Booked this hotel online and drove in to Vancouver, this place was a lot more than I expected for the money, friendly, helpful staff, free parking, great room, and the beds were so comfortable…"
